New England: Trains With Many Colors!
A tour in New England in the Fall of the year is quite normal. But it is
never a tour of all of New England, just the 3 northern states, and so
often, not 3 states, just two. But not with us! We include Maine, of
course, New Hampshire, of course, AND Vermont, of course.
New England is an area of trains, lots of them, lots of variety, so many
that when designing a tour we have to choose. We start in Portland,
Maine, go a little south, a little north, a little east, and finally west into
New Hampshire and then, eventually, into Vermont. It is New England
in the Fall so it has great colors and great trains.
Keep your eyes on this place because in a month or so we will include
all of the details. Frankly, the details are not yet ready to publish
because we have not yet received confirmation for one of the sites we
want to visit on the date we want to visit. That information is coming
and in a month or so, it will be published right here.
And friends, let me assure you, it is worth waiting for.
So please, save the date, for a 12 day tour beginning in October. And please remember the moutains will only be a small portion of this fantastic train tour!
